Thank you for choosing ANERA's products.

If you need ANERA's support on driver or technical service, please make sure your products are from our ANERA TECH with ANERA's warranty sticker, bar code number and ANERA's packaging.  Then you can send your support questions with ANERA's warranty sticker, bar code number to support#aneracn.com  (# to @). And we will reply your email at our first time.

RMA serive

 If you are not our customer, but end-user, please contact with your vendor for RMA service.

For ANERA's direct customers, please follow below 3 steps.
1)  Download the RMA Request Form ( clink below download picture)



2)  Fill in the RMA Request Form with required information, and send to your contact windwo of ANERA to get the RMA Number.

3)  Mark our RMA No. on all documents and cartons, then return the RMA goods to our assigned address.

Notice:

RMA goods without RMA No. will be not acceptable by ANERA and will be returned directly.

Pls pack every RMA goods carefully to avoid more damage on return delivery to ANERA
